The Securities & Finance Group at HMP Law comprises of experts who have experience serving in government agencies such as the Financial Supervisory Service, Fair Trade Commission and various financial institutions. Many of our lawyers also serve as advisors to supervisory authorities. Our experience encompasses complex equity and debt instruments, review of new derivatives and financial products, advising various companies and underwriters in connection with IPOs. We also regularly represent venture capital funds and offshore funds in the formation of vehicles in Korea.
